Upcoming Companion Chi Events
Susan King of Companion Chi is sponsoring, will be attending, or is supporting the following events:
Animal Massage Workshop
When: Saturday, February 25, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Where: Companion Chi, Cary (address will be provided when you sign up)
Now you can learn how to provide your beloved animal companions with safe and effective massages. Massages are more than just rubbing and petting your companion, they are a deliberate and focused technique of touching. Massage is a wonderful gift you can give your companions to help maintain their health and well-being. During this workshop, you will learn basic anatomy, when it isn't safe to massage your companion, how much pressure to apply, and how to properly perform several different massage strokes. Even though we'll be practicing the massage strokes on dogs, you will learn how to massage any animal (horse, dog, cat, etc.). You are welcome to bring your dog to this workshop if your dog gets along with other dogs, cats, and people. The workshop is only $75/person and space is limited, so contact Susan today to reserve your spot.
